About us

During its early years, the company mainly engaged in designs and making the name and the position on the market. At the end of the 1990s, the company entered the field of real estate development and invested in two residential and commercial buildings in the city of Zagreb designed by renowned architect prof. Nikola Bašić. Successful investments continued over the next 10 years with five more residential and commercial buildings in Zagreb's wider city center designed by our own team. From 2016 to 2018 we designed and developed two more residential buildings in the city of Zadar.

Based on our experience, with more than 10.000 m2 of residential and commercial spaces designed and built as our investments alone, we offer:
